Marion County Quorum Court is the body of government that handles the finances for the county. It is composed of 9 Justices of the Peace who represent an equal as possible number of persons throughout the county. The Marion County Judge is the Chief Executive Officer of the county and is in charge of the Quorum Court meetings but has not vote. QUORUM COURT MEETINGS - will be held at 6:00 p.m. in the Courtroom of the Marion County Courthouse. This meeting is held the 2nd Tuesday of each month.
